A transportation company was experiencing excessive benefits and payroll processing costs due to an established 5-year contract with its former parent company.

10xSolutions identified staffing requirements for benefits and payroll to enable the company to gain independence from the parent. We assessed and developed models for all gross-to-net HR, benefits administration and payroll processes. Also identified were disconnects with these processes and ways a third-party vendor's administrative and technical solutions could close gaps and improve transaction processing.

Executive management recognized they did not have the resources required to become independent within the timeframe of the existing project plan. They also recognized the complexity of their environment and the need for a solid long-term strategy. 10xSolutions helped the third-party vendor identify client requirements to avoid a potentially unprofitable contract.
