Problem

A nearly 100-year-old establishment had outgrown its current HR information system by several years. Most HR, benefits and payroll processes contained manual activities, and data collected was often stored on index cards.

Methodology

10xSolutions assessed the organization's current environment. All disconnects were documented and used as a basis for software requirements definition, RFP development and RFP analysis. A report card also was developed for the client, to consistently and deliberately document findings during vendor software demonstrations.

Result

10xSolutions provided executive leadership with substantive evidence needed to approve a replacement HR information system. The organization was able to clearly define system requirements to the software vendor and select a system that satisfies both short- and long-term strategic needs.
